well as the locations where each team will play for their respective Group games.

No, tickets do not automatically include an entry visa to Indonesia. You need to
check the visa regulations for your country of origin into Indonesia and apply for your
visa directly.

All Visa/Mastercard/JCB credit/debit 3D secure cards are accepted. Mobile wallets
such as OVO and Dana, and Mandiri Virtual Account are also available as alternate

Orders have to be paid immediately upon purchase.

For the ticket packages, a maximum of 8 ticket can be ordered per user.

Seat are assigned automatically by FIBA for all those purchasers who purchased
Venue Passes, Weekend Passes and 1Day Passes.
Ticket holders who purchased or will purchase Single Game Tickets can choose
their seats upon purchase.
All purchasers will have access to their tickets through their ‘Customer Account
Page’ at least two weeks before the start of the FBWC 2023. Instructions on how to
access your account will be emailed to you when your tickets are available.

All children, regardless of age, must be in possession of a full priced ticket, if they
want to use a seat. If children age below 6 years old, they can enter the venue for
free but will have to sit at their parent’s / guardian’s lap.

All the dedicated seats and tickets for people with special requirements will be on
sale after the official draw is held on April 29 th . There will be dedicated seats
available for all games held in Indonesia Arena.
People with special requirements will be able to purchase 2 tickets to include an
accompanying person.
On the day of the event, on arrival at the entrance, the person with special
requirements will need to show their disability ID, and, in case of misrepresentation
of disability, the ticket holder will have to pay for the difference to a normal priced
ticket.

If you want to make a group purchase, we advise you to reach us via the “Contact
Us” form in this website so we can help you in this process.

All tickets are associated with the purchaser, and the as owners of the tickets they will
have the right to transfer one or all of the tickets to other people, who will then become
owners of the ticket. Transfer of ownership of ticket should be made 24 hours before the
game. We will send you an email in the following months to guide you through the
ticket transfer process.
Purchasers will have access to their tickets at least two weeks before the start of the
event and they will be able to create an account to manage their tickets.

All purchasers will have access to their tickets through their ‘Customer Account

Reselling tickets or using them for commercial purposes is not allowed.

Currently, official tickets for the FIBA Basketball World Cup 2023 can only be bought

An order cannot be cancelled; all sales are final. Tickets will only be refunded for
causes directly attributable to the organization.
